All prices include: accommodation, full board, beverages (including light alcoholic drinks), laundry service, professional hunting guide, tracker, hunting vehicle, trophy hunting permits, field preparation of trophies and delivery to a local taxidermist or shipping agent, as well as export permits.

The following are not included in the stated prices: airport transfers to and from Windhoek, taxidermy, trophy packing, trophy insurance and international shipping, spirits and other high-alcohol beverages, firearm rental, ammunition, personal expenses, travel and medical insurance and any related medical costs, excursions and sightseeing activities, gratuities, and accommodation before or after the hunting period.
